Robb's experience in construction started with technical courses in Helena, Montana. Upon completion of his carpentry courses, Robb moved to Idaho where he worked as a carpenter and attended the University of Idaho, earning two degrees - a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Products. With this combination of practical experience and education, Robb is able to provide both technical knowledge and an understanding of design intent.

Allyson also attended the University of Idaho, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture. She then returned to Reno and pursued an internship with a local architectural firm, obtaining her archetict's license in 2001. Through her over ten years experience, Allyson has gained experience in a large variety of project types, including custom residential, multi-family housing, retail, daycare, and hospitality.
