In addition, we believe in taking a low-tech, high-design approach first to finding green solutions. For example, the most energy-efficient light bulb is the one that is rarely turned on, so special attention is paid to daylighting. Also, quality materials that are properly installed will not have to be replaced, reducing waste. These are just two examples of simple green solutions.
